PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Avant Garde Maritime Services (Private) Limited (AGMS) has entered into a public private partnership with the Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) which is fully state owned entity directly under the purview of the Ministry of Defence of Sri Lanka.

Due to the long standing relationship with RALL and the Ministry of Defence, the trust earned by AGMS has allowed the partnership to grow and engage in a vast range of projects to earn valuable foreign exchange to Sri Lanka.
